Having studied acting since the age of 13 in her hometown of Pittsburgh, PA, it is easy to see this young woman is in it for the long haul.  With some of the greatest training behind her, including method acting at the prestigious Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York, comedy and improv training at The Second City in Chicago, two years of film and television training at The New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts, and in depth Meisner work at James Franco's Studio 4, she continues to study and work on developing her skills because she realizes this is a journey, not a destination.

People always ask me what the ultimate goal would be. Is it it television? Is it film? And for awhile I’d make stuff up and say x, y, or z, but the truth is that there isn’t ONE certain thing that I’m after. I feel like the second I say well I want to be on a long running tv show (which, granted, I do) but I don’t want to limit myself to just working towards that one thing. I don’t want to put myself in a tunnel because that would limit me from doing some of the things I’m doing now like writing and taking singing lessons. I want to take chances and do it all.
